James H. Hunt
A seasoned veteran of the technology industry, Mr. Hunt has founded and run four successful technology companies over the past twenty years. Mr. Hunt founded and served as President and CEO of Ernst & Young Technologies, Inc., leading it to $75 million in profitable sales after just three years of operation. He then orchestrated the sale of EYT in late 2000 to Cap Gemini and served as President of the newly created Cap Gemini Technologies. Prior to his work at EYT and Cap Gemini, Mr. Hunt ran a number of firms including BDS, Inc., a systems integrator focused on sales to the federal government. In addition to Hunt’s primary responsibilities as a line executive, he has helped launch and advise over a dozen companies in the high technology sector, with particular focus on software for federal and commercial markets. Much of his expertise has been directed at federal government market penetration for software application companies, system integrators, and IT service firms.
Manning McPhillips, Jr.
Mr. McPhillips is an account manager and support specialist for the MITA Group. He comes from a political background, most recently serving as the 72-Hour Coordinator for the RNC in the battleground state of North Carolina in the presidential race of 2004. There he helped develop and implemented the state’s final Get-Out-the-Vote effort which included planning, targeting, and directing the state organization’s activities. Prior to that, he served as a principle aide to William D. Harris, the CEO of the 2004 Republican National Convention in New York City. Manning also worked in the Office of Senator Jeff Sessions of Alabama after working on his re-election campaign in 2002. He received a degree in International Business from the University of Mississippi.
Kim Patrick
Ms. Patrick has more than fifteen years of successful IT work in the Washington, DC area. The majority of her career has been in support of the Special Programs and IC communities. Most recently, Ms. Patrick supported the sales efforts in to the IC for Endeca, following highly successful sales stints with Red Hat and Sun Government systems. Following graduation from James Madison University with a B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems in 1993, Ms. Patrick worked for several small companies providing engineering support to the Intelligence Community supporting mission requirements. Prior to going in to sales with Sun, she worked in the commercial space for Sun providing technical support to the Nextel account team building out the Nextel data network and Nextel handheld software applications.
Anthony Renzette
An accomplished Internet marketing executive, Anthony Renzette has worked in Internet product development and marketing since 1994. During this time, Mr. Renzette has worked for a variety of high tech firms including Current Analysis, a market intelligence firm focused on the high tech and telecommunications sectors, VeriSign, the world’s largest Internet infrastructure provider, and Network Solutions, the world’s first domain name registrar. Mr. Renzette’s work with these companies has spanned a wide array of services including Internet infrastructure application development, messaging applications product management, business development, fully-automated web site development and hosting applications, including the integration and rebuilding of Network Solutions’ and VeriSign’s acclaimed ImageCafe web site builder.
Currently, Mr. Renzette works with MITA Group clients in the high tech sector focused on new product development, go-to-market strategies, business development, Web services, Web 2.0 strategy and developing next generation messaging and collaboration tools across multiple technology platforms.
