Don Begley

Mr. Begley has over 25 years of experience in IT sales. His distinguished career includes tenures with Fortune 500 firms such as PeopleSoft, as well as small, start-up businesses. He has been instrumental in building federal sales practices through relationship building, sales training and mentoring. Most recently, Mr. Begley has been involved in helping technology corporations grasp federal contracting as a growth strategy.  As a founding Partner and President of Federal Solutions Group, Mr. Begley introduced many companies, including Google and Citadel, to the government space.  As a Vice-President, he successfully secured for Siebel Systems very lucrative contracts at the Department of Homeland Security and United States Citizen and Immigration Services.  Industry has recognized Mr. Begley for his career accomplishments. He is frequently listed in Who’s Who in Information Technology and holds active memberships in IAC and AFCEA.

Justin Brooks

Mr. Brooks has helped over 40 companies accelerate their federal business practice over a 10 year sales career. He has established successful working relationships with leadership within the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Energy.  Past experience includes positions with various IT consulting firms, INPUT and a leading document management firm.  Mr. Brooks has a wide understanding of enterprise architecture and software solutions.  He also is specialized in the areas of logistics, supply chain management and logistical support.  Mr. Brooks is a veteran of the United States Army.

Martin P. Meehan

Mr. Meehan has over 15 years of experience with information technology business development and research. Martin has been involved in helping technology corporations develop government-focused marketing campaigns and locate qualified and funded opportunities. A frequent presenter at Gartner events, he is a recognized leader in federal market intelligence with an in-depth knowledge of the federal IT landscape. His analysis is in demand by government CIOs, federal contractors, investment banking firms, and venture capitalists. Martin is listed in the 2007 edition of Who’s Who in Information Technology.

Kim Patrick

Ms. Patrick has more than fifteen years of successful IT work in the Washington, DC area. The majority of her career has been in support of the Special Programs and IC communities. Most recently, Ms. Patrick supported the sales efforts in to the IC for Endeca, following highly successful sales stints with Red Hat and Sun Government systems. Following graduation from James Madison University with a B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems in 1993, Ms. Patrick worked for several small companies providing engineering support to the Intelligence Community supporting mission requirements. Prior to going in to sales with Sun, she worked in the commercial space for Sun providing technical support to the Nextel account team building out the Nextel data network and Nextel handheld software applications.
