- New Product Development: Jointly working with our client throughout the product development and launch cycle we help our clients deliver new products to the market place. Our services include identifying potential customers and their needs, developing product requirements, defining distribution channels and developing business development programs.
- Acquisitions and Alliances: After selecting the new growth opportunity, we work with our clients to identify and develop business alliances or acquisition targets. Using an approach that takes our clients through screening, execution and integration we are able help our client develop business partnerships that offer the potential for significant growth. If our client determines an acquisition is the appropriate strategy we will: 1) develop the
investment thesis, 2) identify and screen candidates, 2) develop the business model, 3) assist with business due diligence, and 4) develop post acquisition integration plans and programs.
Finally, driving new growth opportunities relies on execution at all levels across a business. As a result, the MITA Group works with our clients to jointly develop and implement execution programs that will help our client achieve their business objectives.
Business Development
The MITA Group works with the client to identify, assess, and screen potential business partnership, alliance and sales channels that will accelerate business growth. After identifying the appropriate partners, we will work with the client to develop the deal structure, negotiate the deal, close the deal and design programs that will optimize and accelerate the results from the partnership. For clients that require assistance with the public sector, the MITA Group combines our unique understanding of the intersection of business, politics and public policy to develop strategies and programs to accelerate our client’s efforts. In addition, we will, at the client’s request, provide interim management of the business development activities.

Our approach to building a business is based on linking strategy to operating plans to resource requirements. In addition, at the client’s request we provide interim full-time business development, marketing and management resources.
